The 40th anniversary of legal UK CB Radio is on 2nd November 2021. As in previous years, a nationwide net will take place with operators from all over the UK. This year on channel 40 FM (27.99125Mhz) from 19:00 hours (UK Time).

So dig out those radios, get your ears on and make some noise....

Echo mics, burners, roger beeps and CB radio slang are all welcome!

Big 10-4 good buddies!

Am wishing everyone all the best this Nov. 2021 Anniversary.

Are you guys still familiar with CB lingo like More Power to you, Double 8s, Truck Loads, and All Around? All this mean well. Their the lingo we often use to extend kindness and loving during my time in the late 70's.

Cheers everyone and let's all make some noise ...

Hey Sonny, nice to hear some of the good-buddy lingo still being used. There are many of us that do still use it on the air, but there is also a lot of Q-codes given too. I think the most common lingo used today on the bands here in the UK are the 10-Codes, Like 10-10, 10-4, 10-1 and 10-100.

Be interesting to hear what other lingo everyone uses on a regular basis. ;)
